Yes, you can request an emergency job where we aim to have a handy helper at your home within 24 hours, often even on the same day. We will send you a confirmation of the appointment within 20 minutes. If this is not possible, we will contact you immediately.

The warranty period varies depending on the job, but for installations and assembly, a standard warranty period of two months applies. Additionally, Zoofy offers an optional Warranty Package for only €4.95 per job. This package offers extra protection and can be selected during the final step of the booking process.
