Using Zoofy is free. Premium costs €49.95 a year, billed once. The membership runs for a minimum of twelve months and renews automatically after that — from then on you can cancel every month.
How do I cancel my membership?
Send an email to [email protected] with your full name, the email address registered with Zoofy and a note that you'd like to cancel. After the minimum term of twelve months you can do this at any time. You'll get a confirmation as soon as it's arranged.
Is the job covered by a warranty, and do I get priority if something goes wrong?
Yes. As a Premium customer you get the €9.95 warranty package free with every job, including help with any problems after the work is done. On top of that, our Zoofy Support team handles your questions and complaints with priority.
