We make it as easy as possible for you. Follow these simple steps to get started with Zoofy:
1. Job overview
On your home screen in the app, you immediately see all available jobs you can take on, including rates incl. VAT. You’ll also receive a push notification for every new job, as long as notifications are enabled.
2. View and accept
Check the job description, any photos, and the customer’s available dates. If the job suits you, simply tap “accept job”.
Travel costs are not invoiced through Zoofy, so please keep that in mind.
3. Carry out the job
Visit the customer on the agreed date and time. Arrival can be within the selected time window. Complete the job professionally, leave the workspace tidy, and review everything once more with the customer.
4. Invoicing
Once the job is completed, create an invoice in just a few seconds through the Zoofy app. Let the customer pay via the QR code so you’re assured of receiving your payout.

You don’t pay per lead. Instead, you pay a relatively low membership fee that allows you to accept an unlimited number of jobs in the app. Once your account has been approved, you can choose between 2 membership types in the Zoofy Pro app.
These fees are non-refundable. As a member, you get direct insight into what you earn per job and can accept unlimited jobs through Zoofy without any extra costs.
Payouts follow standard business payment terms: a minimum of 29 days. After that, payment is made on the next Monday. Payouts are always processed on a Monday.
Please note: Zoofy can only process payment once the customer has paid the invoice. If a payment is delayed, we do everything we can to make sure it is still collected.
