Book a professional without the hassle. With Zoofy you know where you stand upfront: you work with screened professionals, get a fixed price in advance and only pay after the job is done. And if anything comes up, we're there for you afterwards too.
What you see is what you pay. With Zoofy you know what the job costs before you book. No hidden costs, no bill that turns out higher afterwards. That's the deal.
Zoofy uses two pricing models: a fixed price per job (sometimes variable, for example based on the number of square metres) and an hourly rate. You can see which model applies straight away on the job page. With a fixed price, there's nothing to keep track of. With an hourly rate, the clock starts when the professional arrives and is settled afterwards.
You never pay call-out charges. They're always included.
The fixed price covers the work itself. Materials the professional needs, such as screws, plugs, sealant or parts, are charged separately or arranged by you. The professional brings their own tools. If you need specific materials, agree upfront who will take care of them.
If it turns out during the job that extra work is needed, the professional will discuss it with you first. You're never committed to extra costs without agreeing to them.
You pay through Zoofy, never directly to the professional. You receive an invoice by email or pay with the QR code the professional generates in their ZoofyPro App. Payment takes place afterwards, once the job is done. Zoofy only pays the professional once the work is finished, to make sure everything went well.
Curious what a specific job costs in your area? Read more about the factors that determine the price in our price guides.
Who's coming into my home? That's a fair question. With Zoofy you only work with professionals who have passed a screening process. No strangers behind a vague phone number.
Before a professional can accept jobs through Zoofy, they go through a verification process. We check the following:
Professionals who don't meet these requirements don't make it onto the platform.
Zoofy keeps track of how professionals perform after they've been admitted too. Customers leave a rating after every job. Professionals with consistently poor scores are removed from the platform. That's how we safeguard quality on our platform.
Yes. Once a professional has accepted your job, you receive a confirmation with their name and contact details. So you know in advance who's coming and when.
What other customers say helps you choose. After every completed job, Zoofy invites the customer to leave a review. That always happens, for every job, with every professional. This gives you an honest picture of who delivers good work.
After the job, you receive an invitation to rate the professional. You give a score and can add a comment. That comment is visible to other customers. Professionals can't choose which reviews are shown.
Zoofy actively uses the ratings. Professionals with a consistently low score are contacted. If the quality doesn't improve, they're removed from the platform. So the system works both ways: good professionals are found more often, while those who underperform disappear from the platform.
Zoofy has collected more than 100,000 customer reviews. The average is 4.7 out of 5. That score isn't steered. It's the result of hundreds of thousands of jobs that were simply done well.
You pay Zoofy, not the professional. That's intentional. The professional only gets paid once the job is finished. So you always pay for work that's already been done.
You can pay the professional right after the job using the QR code in their ZoofyPro App. You'll also receive an invoice by email with a payment link straight after the job. You can pay with iDEAL, Apple Pay, Google Pay or credit card.
Paying the professional directly, in cash or via a personal bank transfer, is not allowed. That protects both you and the professional. You know there's an invoice and that the payment is traceable. The professional knows they'll be paid as soon as the work is done and no complaints have been reported.
We do our best on every job, but sometimes things don't go as expected. When that happens, we won't leave you hanging. You never pay for poor work, and if something goes wrong, we'll sort it out together.
Is something wrong with the job, or aren't you satisfied? Tell the professional straight away or report it to Zoofy within 72 hours of receiving the invoice. We'll look into what went wrong and try to fix it. Only once that's resolved will the payment be processed.
Is it a small issue? Try to resolve it with the professional first. They always have the legal right to a second chance to put the work right.
Have a complaint? You'll go through three steps, so you know exactly where you stand.
Contact our customer service within 72 hours. Include your booking number, a clear description and any photos. That helps us help you faster.
Our customer service handles the complaint and contacts the professional if needed. We keep you updated on the progress.
We look for a suitable solution: repair work, a partial refund or other compensation. We only close the case once you're satisfied.
Installation and assembly jobs come with a two-month warranty if you've taken out the warranty package. If something goes wrong within that period because of the professional's work, Zoofy will fix it.
