"Vooraf via app contact gehad over afspraak. Wat vindt er plaats op afgesproken datum en tijd. Werd teruggebeld. Op dag zelf kwam vakman optijd en voerde de inzettingen netjes uit. Wel reageerde vakman op app. Uiteindelijk offerte ontvangen via ander telefoonnummer via WhatsApp. Offerte was niet correct. Opstelling van kosten klopte niet en onderdeel ontbrak. Contact opgenomen via WhatsApp, berichten terug gehad, maar nog geen nieuwe offerte. Daardoor krijgen wij het gevoel dat wij de klus niet door deze vakman willen laten uitvoeren. Verwachten iets meer pro-actief informeren en precisie na maken van kleine fouten."
