What types of glass are there?

You replace your window when your window is broken, but also when you want to replace your double glazing with glass that insulates better. The better the glass insulates the more you will pay, but it is well worth the investment. What are the different options?

The cheapest type of glass is double glazing. This glass has a layer of air between the 2 panes of glass, providing insulation. Double glazing does not insulate optimally. That's why it is still rarely bought. Nowadays, HR glass is almost always chosen. This glass can be divided into different classes that are indicated by plus signs.
