"Er was lekkage aan de stortbak. Er is uiteindelijk de rubber en waterbuis naar wc pot vervangen. De klus is prima gedaan. Mo kwam langs om te controleren wat nodig is en heeft de nodige spullen de volgende dag kunnen verzorgen en de klus kunnen afronden. Wat me wel erg tegenviel was de communicatie. De klusafspraak was voor vrijdag gepland en ik heb 3 dagen geprobeerd om hem via telefoon of app te bereiken maar kreeg geen gehoor en null reactie. Pas nadat ik bezwaar had gedaan via de chatbot van Zoofy kwam er ineens actie vanuit Zoofy met de verklaring dat Mo ziek was. Er werd een nieuwe afspraak ingepland en ik kreeg een mail met excuses. Ik heb wel de hele dag thuis gezeten om op hem te wachten voordat dit duidelijk was. Dat vond ik erg vervelend en had hier betere communicatie verwacht."
