Get a painter quote

The costs for the painting quote service start from €50 fixed price, including VAT. This is the base rate for preparing the quote by the painter in collaboration with the Zoofy Painting Expert Team. This amount will always be charged when the painter has visited the location for an assessment or inspection to provide an accurate price.
The cost of the quote will be deducted from the total price of the job if you accept the offer. We only provide quotes for jobs starting from €500 and a minimum of 20m² of painting work. All other jobs can be booked with either a fixed price or an indicative price, which you can find here.
The final price of the job may vary depending on the scope of the painting work, the condition of the surfaces, the type of paint being used, and the accessibility of the areas to be painted.

The time required to prepare a painting quote depends on the painter who accepts the job, the information provided, whether an on-site inspection is needed, and Zoofy’s follow-up to check, draft, and send the quote.
Usually, you will receive a detailed quote, reviewed and checked by the Zoofy Painting Expert Team, within 3–5 working days.
The duration of the actual painting job depends on the scope. Larger projects or multiple rooms can take several days. For exterior work or special painting techniques (such as textured paint or lacquer), you need to allow extra time due to weather conditions.

A Zoofy painter ensures a professional finish of your walls, ceilings, or woodwork. The process usually involves the following steps:

• Consultation and assessment: The painter contacts you after your request to review all information.
• Inspection of the painting job: The painter evaluates the situation and discusses your wishes and options. If necessary, this can be done on-site.
• Drafting the painting quote: The painter provides the price to Zoofy, after which the Zoofy Painting Expert Team checks it and prepares a clear and competitive quote.
• Sending the quote: The final quote is sent by email, with the option to accept or provide feedback. Once accepted, the job is scheduled and preparations begin.
• Quote approval period: You can approve or cancel the quote within 3–5 days after it has been sent. Cancellation is possible via the booking page or the email with the quote.
• Preparation: This includes cleaning, sanding, taping edges, and repairing cracks or holes if necessary.
• Payment: Payment always goes through Zoofy. After the painter has completed the work, you receive a payment request. For large jobs or when materials need to be purchased, payment can sometimes be done in installments, in consultation with the customer.
