Having an LED lamp painted usually costs between €55 and €150, depending on the size, material and preparation needed. Small painting jobs are often based on an hourly rate, and materials such as primer, heat-resistant paint or lacquer may be added separately. With Zoofy, you do not pay call-out charges, so you know what to expect.
Painting an LED lamp usually takes around 1 to 2.5 hours. The time depends on dismantling, cleaning, sanding, masking and the number of paint layers. If the paint needs to dry between layers, the total turnaround time may be longer.
The tradesperson first checks the lamp material and whether it can be treated safely. The surface is then cleaned, lightly sanded and, where needed, masked or taken apart. After that, the tradesperson applies a suitable primer and paint or lacquer, so the finish looks neat and stays in place.
Zoofy works with screened tradespeople who are reviewed by previous customers. You can see who will carry out the job and rely on practical experience with home improvement work. This helps you arrange someone who works neatly, communicates clearly and completes the job safely.
After the job, the tradesperson remains legally responsible for the work carried out. If you have also chosen the optional paid warranty package through Zoofy, that extra cover applies according to the package conditions. For maintenance or questions about the finish, you can contact Zoofy after the job.
Zoofy does its best to find a suitable tradesperson to paint your LED lamp. Availability depends on your location, timing and the nature of the job. If no suitable tradesperson is available, this will be clearly communicated to you.
You pay only through Zoofy and never directly to the tradesperson in cash or by card. After the job is finished, you can easily pay via QR code. Payment by email invoice is also possible.
