"Jaaaaaaa echt superrrrr!!
Heel blij mee!"
Installing a Fermacell floor usually costs between โฌ35 and โฌ90 per mยฒ, depending on the surface area, subfloor and type of Fermacell floor board. A straight, well-prepared room is often cheaper than a floor with many corners, height differences or extra insulation. Material costs for Fermacell boards, levelling granules, adhesive, screws, edge strips, insulation or underlay may be charged separately.
On average, installing a Fermacell floor takes about 1 to 2 days for a normal room. The exact duration depends on the number of square metres, the condition of the subfloor and whether levelling or insulation is needed first. Because it is a dry floor build-up, the floor can often be finished sooner than with a wet screed.
The professional first checks the subfloor, levelness and desired floor height. Levelling granules, edge strips or insulation are then installed where needed, and the Fermacell floor boards are placed tightly together. Finally, the boards are glued or fixed according to the correct method and the floor is checked to make sure it is stable and level enough for finishing.
Zoofy carefully selects professionals based on skill and reliability. You can view reviews from previous customers and see who will carry out the job. This helps you arrange a professional who suits the task and gives you confidence before the work starts.
