The cost for the stove installer quotation service starts from a fixed price of €50, including VAT and excluding our service fee. This is the base rate for preparing the quotation by the installer in collaboration with our specialists. This amount will always be charged when the installer has visited the location for an inspection or assessment in order to provide an accurate price. The quotation fee will be deducted from the total project cost if you approve the quote.

We only prepare quotations for projects with a minimum value of €500. Examples include installing a wood-burning stove or pellet stove, (partially) installing or modifying a flue system, or replacing an existing stove. All other fixed-price or guideline-price services can be found here. The final price may vary depending on the type of stove, the condition of the flue, required roof or wall penetrations, materials used, finishing, and accessibility of the property.

The time required to prepare a quotation depends on the installer who accepts the request, the information provided, whether an on-site inspection is necessary, and Zoofy’s internal review process to check and finalize the quote. In most cases, you will receive a detailed quotation within 3–5 working days, reviewed and verified by our specialists.

The duration of the installation itself depends on the scope of work. A simple replacement or installation can often be completed within one day. Installations requiring a new flue system or roof penetration may take longer. Please also consider preparation work (such as installing a hearth plate or wall protection) and safety inspections.

A Zoofy stove installer ensures professional execution of your installation. The process generally consists of the following steps:

  • Consultation and assessment: After your quotation request, the installer contacts you to review all details, such as the type of stove (wood, pellet, gas, electric), installation location, and existing situation.

  • Inspection: The installer evaluates the space, flooring, ventilation, and (if present) the existing flue system. If necessary, this is done during an on-site visit.

  • Preparing the quotation: The installer submits pricing details to Zoofy. Zoofy then reviews the proposal with our specialists to ensure a clear and competitive quotation.

  • Sending the quotation: You will receive the final quotation by email, with the option to approve it or provide feedback. Once approved, the installation will be scheduled and preparations will begin.

  • Quotation validity period: You can approve or cancel the quotation within 3–5 days after receiving it. Cancellation can be done via the booking page or directly through the quotation email.

  • Preparation: This may include clearing the workspace, protecting floors and walls, installing a hearth plate, or preparing roof/wall penetrations and finishing materials.

  • Payment: Payment is always handled through Zoofy. After the installer completes the work, you will receive a payment request. For larger projects or material purchases, payments may be made in installments in consultation with the customer.
