Having a concrete fence painted usually costs between €200 and €700, depending on the length, height and condition of the concrete. If algae, dirt, old paint layers or damage need to be treated first, the price may be higher. Materials such as concrete cleaner, primer, sealer and suitable exterior paint may be added separately.
Painting a concrete fence usually takes around 4 to 10 hours. The time depends on cleaning, drying, applying sealer and the number of paint layers. For outdoor work, weather conditions and drying time between layers also play an important role.
The tradesperson first checks the condition of the concrete and looks for dirt, moss, cracks or loose parts. The fence is then cleaned, made dust-free and, where needed, treated with primer or sealer. After that, the tradesperson applies suitable exterior paint or concrete paint, so the fence is neatly finished and better protected against weather conditions.
