Zoofy Fast Payment Service
We have good news. We are rolling out a new service that many professionals have been asking for for a long time: Zoofy SnelBetalen - FastPayment
With this new service, you can receive the payout for your job within 8 to 14 days. That means you get your money much earlier than the usual business payment terms. And it improves your cash flow right away!
Who can participate?
To be eligible for this new service, certain criteria apply. It’s important that we can count on an engaged and reliable collaboration. For now, only active professionals (at least 1 completed job per month) with an annual membership, combined with few cancellations and a high review score, will have the option to choose Zoofy FastPaid.
How does it work?
Soon, in the Zoofy Pro app, you’ll be able to indicate in your profile under “My preferences” whether you want to use Zoofy SnelBetalen. The invoices you create after that will always be paid out within 8 to 14 days, provided that:
✅ The job is invoiced on the agreed job date.
✅ The job is paid immediately via the QR code or via the email link.
✅ There are no complaints about the work delivered.
We still make payouts only on Mondays. So if you invoice a job, you won’t receive the money the very next Monday, but the Monday after that.
Example: do you invoice on a Wednesday?
👉 Then your invoice is processed the following Monday
👉 And you receive your payout 12 days later, on Monday the week after
To make this new service possible, we’re switching to a different way of working and a system that requires extra effort from our team. For this, we charge a percentage of 2.95% per invoice.
You will pay a maximum of €500 per calendar year for this service. Once you reach that amount, all jobs you invoice after that in the same year will again be paid out within 8 to 14 days without any extra charge 👍.
As a professional, you decide for yourself when you want to have jobs paid out earlier, and when you want to use the usual business payment terms again.
