Can't you reach the customer?
At Zoofy, a deal is a deal. That means that you are present at the client's place on the proposed day and within the specified time period. Did you call or message the customer immediately when you accepted the job? Of course, it can happen that people can't respond right away because they are briefly busy with something else. Often there's not that much going on. If you are already on location and the client is not home or the client cancels on the spot, you can, if you have used the 'I'm on my way button', in most cases charge a cancellation fee of €25. Please contact us first!
