At Zoofy, a deal is a deal. That means that you are present at the client's place on the proposed day and within the specified time period. Often there's not that much going on. If you are already on location and the client is not home or the client cancels on the spot, you can, if you have used the 'I'm on my way button', in most cases charge a cancellation fee of €25.
