Let Zoofy know what is wrong

Immediately after the job, does the customer let you know that something didn't go right, then devise a solution together. That something goes wrong is no big deal, as long as you solve it together in a friendly way. You always have the right (second chance) to fix the problem. If this does not work, or if you really cannot solve the problem with the customer, please let us know. If we receive a complaint from a customer, we will ask you what you think the problem is. In case of damage or faulty work, we will ask the customer to send us pictures of the situation. We always expect you to help us find a solution. We require you to have liability insurance with sufficient coverage. In the event of damage caused by you, you can (possibly) rely on that insurance. If you do not cooperate, we may have to find a solution ourselves. We will inform you of the outcome.
