Important: this is how you earn more through Zoofy and avoid fines

Dear professional,

Zoofy has now been around for 10 years. We owe that to you and to thousands of other professionals who deliver reliable, skilled work every day. We’re proud of that, and we want to sincerely thank you for it.

At the same time, we still see (and more clearly than ever) that some payments for Zoofy jobs are being arranged partly or entirely outside the platform. To prevent this, we unfortunately have to issue fines of €2,000 each month. We understand that a payment outside Zoofy may sometimes seem harmless, but it damages the platform that we all benefit from.

What is our agreement?
All jobs you accept through Zoofy must be paid for entirely via Zoofy. This applies up to 24 months after the last job for the same customer, as stated in our general terms and conditions.

With the recent update to the follow-up job feature in the app, you can now process follow-up jobs and their payments very easily. We will keep improving our service so that you have no reason to bypass Zoofy.

If all payments go through Zoofy, we can continue investing in:
