Mohamed Ibrahim is a contractor from Purmerend with 13 years of experience as a craftsman. In 2019, he started picking up odd jobs through the handyman platform Zoofy. 

How did you end up at Zoofy

I came to Zoofy via a customer who also happens to be a friend. I created an account that day, via the Zoofy pro app, and I'm still happy with the collaboration. You can easily accept jobs and after accepting the job, the job is really yours. 

Why choose Zoofy

I've used other platforms as well, but there you have to pay for jobs while you don't know if you're actually going to do them. With Zoofy this is not the case, you don't have to pay and there are many jobs available in the app. Accepting a job is easy and the conversations with the customer go through Whatsapp, which is nice and fast. Not every platform does that! 

Because I only do jobs through Zoofy, I have a lot less administrative work, so I also have time for my hobby: swimming. The place where I swim is close to the Zoofy office, so I can easily combine this. But working remains my real hobby.

The best thing about working with Zoofy is that I now know everyone personally. It's nice to speak to the same people all the time and the communication is good. I can always call or Whatsapp, that's just great.

Would you recommend Zoofy?

I would recommend professionals to work with Zoofy. You can pick up jobs for free and the administrative work will be a lot less. My tip is to focus on one platform. Don't pick up all jobs at once, but look carefully at the type of job and the description. Always contact Zoofy if things are not clear, they really try to help you. They are honest and assess the situation independently so that a suitable solution can always be found.
