Who we are. 

Zoofy is an online platform founded in 2015 to bring supply and demand together. To make this happen, we developed the Zoofy app, where customers can instantly make an appointment with a handyman or woman. Customers no longer need to call around needlessly, but place the job on our website or on the Zoofy consumer app. The handymen and women see this request and with a simple button accept the job at their convenience.

Besides our website, we offer our service at leading partners like Gamma, Karwei, Klusidee, Bol.com, IKEA and many more.

Job description

The idea is simple, but it takes a lot to make it all possible. Therefore we are looking for a cold-blooded professional support hero. As a support hero you are the first point of contact for handymen and - women. You are the business card of the company and guide our app users to ensure they understand Zoofy in detail.

You will work in the Customer Support department and become part of team craftsman. The department consists of a small and enthusiastic team. Do you have an idea to improve the platform? Name it and together we will see how we can implement this idea.

Your role as...

Craftsman support hero is that you daily through the Whatsapp, phone and mail questions and suggestions handled by handymen and women. Hereby you also give tips on how to use our Zoofy handyman app. You will also evaluate new applications, so that the quality of our platform is guaranteed. You will be in close contact with the Relationship Manager Craftsmen to improve the platform.

A typical workday looks like this:

Screening of new applications
Contributing to a great onboarding for our app users
Assisting a painter with invoicing
Creating professional quotes
In collaboration with our IT team fixing app problems

In short: Your guidance and support contributes to a great cooperation between handymen and women and Zoofy!
