Zoofy is an online platform where you can find all kinds of household, garden and kitchen jobs. With us, handymen and handywomen can be ordered with a few simple clicks of the mouse. Besides our website, we offer a handyman service on platforms such as Gamma, Karwei, Klusidee, Hornbach and Amsterdam Mamma. We are a small team, consisting of 25 employees with 6 nationalities. We are also a young team with big ambitions. At Zoofy, freedom and responsibility are paramount and there is plenty of room for personal initiative and growth. Job description & activities
At our customer service you link the right professional to the right job. You work flexible schedules so you can earn some extra money, and at the same time do a lot of fun things with your hard-earned money. You are the first point of contact for our customers and craftsmen. You are an indispensable link and with your ever-growing knowledge about Zoofy you help them along. And what if something goes wrong? Then you know better than anyone how to make 'em happy. Helping others is in your nature and you are unbeatable when it comes to keeping an overview. Are you our saviour?

Minimum hbo working and thinking level
You have a very good command of the Dutch and English languages
Experience with customer service is a plus but not a must
You have no fear of the telephone
You are flexible
You can shine with us between 8.00 and 21.00
You make more revolutions than the average white goods mechanic
What we offer
